Shipping policy

How long your order takes

UK orders arrive within 2 to 4 working days. We post your order within 1 working day, and Royal Mail takes 2 to 3 working days from there. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are posted the next working day.

UK delivery

• Standard, GBP 4.99. Arrives within 2 to 4 working days.
• Standard, free on orders over GBP 29. Arrives within 2 to 4 working days.
• Express, GBP 5.49. Next working day delivery. Order before 1pm and it arrives the next working day.

International delivery

• European Union, GBP 14.99. Typically within 7 working days.
• Rest of world, GBP 23.99. Typically within 7 working days.

International delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs. Any import duties, taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price you pay us.

Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your parcel is posted. If you have not had that email within 2 working days of ordering, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

If your parcel does not arrive

Please check your tracking first. If a UK parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, or an international parcel within 25 working days, email info@luxehairbykoko.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier and put it right.

Wrong or incomplete address

We send parcels to the address you give us at checkout. If that address is wrong or incomplete and the parcel comes back to us, we will happily resend it once you cover the postage again. Please check your address carefully before you pay.
