About these terms

This website is operated by Luxe Hair by Koko. By placing an order with us you agree to the terms below, together with our Shipping policy, our Return and refund policy, and our Privacy policy.

Products and colour

We sell synthetic braiding hair. We photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colours can look different from screen to screen and between production batches. A small variation between the photo and the hair you receive is normal and is not a fault. If you are matching a colour to hair you already own, we suggest ordering a single pack first.

Pack counts

Where a listing states the number of packs needed for a full head, that figure is a guide based on average hair length, density and braid size. Your own install may need more or fewer packs.

Pricing and availability

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. If an item goes out of stock after you order, we will contact you and refund you in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we cannot take payment, and if we do we will refund you in full.

Our liability

Our products are for cosmetic use. Please follow the care guidance on the packaging. We are not liable for damage caused by heat styling beyond what the product is rated for, by chemical treatment, or by installation. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
